To follow up on our phone call this morning, I would like to say how impressed I was with the conduct of Mr Toskas. It reflects well on your company as a whole.
He took time to meet my wife and I after hours at the property and showed me exactly where termites had attacked the fence posts in the past and talked us through what we should do to prevent termites attacking the house in future. It did not come across as a pushy sales pitch and it reassured us that we could proceed with the purchase with confidence.
As I come from a part of the world where termites are not a problem I appreciated him taking the time to explain this.
We were also satisfied with the building inspection and I am sure we will be equally happy with the site survey report.

The report you’ve sent is fantastic! I didn’t expect to see approximate pricing attached for jobs that will require doing to the house. I find this extremely helpful.
Tips on when and how to complete the smaller jobs was also an unexpected but greatly appreciated surprise.
Altogether, I’m extremely happy with the report sent to me. It’s informative, easy to read and professionally presented. The service was excellent and the price more than reasonable. In fact, I think you’re probably the cheapest in Sydney! Most definitely get value for money. It’s nice to see you’re not charging the earth for your services. I recently required the services of both pest and building inspectors to report on my prospective first home purchase and although I received several recommendations I thought I would investigate myself.
I found the impressive advertisement in the yellow pages for Childs Property Inspections and while comparing them to other companies soon saw the edge they had over everyone else. Colour reports with photos snapped my attention, while no other company advertised the thermal camera inspection.
The customer service team were pleasant and easy to deal with, all details were exchanged and booked exceptionally fast and very efficiently.
The inspection was booked for the next day, and we met with the inspectors at the property. They were both very informative and took the time to explain a great deal of things to us both. We felt the property was in expert hands and were putting our faith and trust into the years of experience of the two friendly gentlemen.
To my surprise I received the report the following day via email, and the hard copy version of the report arrived the day after.
I had already started recommending Childs Property Inspectors to other people before receiving the report, that secured the deal. For a process that can be stressful and time consuming, Childs Property Inspectors turned it into a relaxing and informative experience.
