Since 1996 Childs Property Inspections has grown from a single inspector business to a professional company comprising a team of highly qualified, experienced and extensively trained inspectors.
Over 30,000 inspections have lead to Childs Property Inspections being a highly respected inspection company and the preferred choice by many purchasers, solicitors, real estate agents and conveyancers.
In 2007 Childs Property Inspections carried out approximately 6% of Sydney’s Pre Purchase Property inspections. We have plans to become Sydney’s largest property inspection company. We will achieve this by continuing to offer the most professional and reliable service, at the most competitive price.
